Founding partner of TGM Advogados, Fernanda Tórtima has dedicated her career to Criminal Law. A graduate of the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), she holds a Master’s degree and postgraduate qualifications from European universities. Fernanda is an Alternate Federal Councilor of the Brazilian Bar Association (OAB) and a member of the Brazilian Lawyers Institute (IAB). Her expertise translates into dedicated and straightforward client service, addressing client needs with care.
Graduated in Law from PUC-Rio, Master’s degree (Magistra Legum) from the University of Frankfurt am Main, Germany, postgraduate studies in Economic Criminal Law by the University of Coimbra and the Brazilian Institute of Criminal Sciences (IBCCRIM).
Currently serves as Alternate Federal Councilor of the OAB-RJ, formerly President of the Defense, Assistance, and Prerogatives Commission of the OAB-RJ (2010-2012), Deputy Secretary of the OAB-RJ (2013-2015), and Effective Councilor (2016-2018). Author of “Evasão de Divisas: Uma Crítica ao Conceito Territorial de Saída de Divisas Contido no Parágrafo Único do Art. 22 da Lei 7492” and co-editor of “O Bem Jurídico como Limitação do Poder Estatal de Incriminar?”.
Founding partner of TGM Advogados, André Galvão has a diverse educational background and experience as a public sector lawyer. LL.M in Compliance, postgraduate in Public and Private Law, he currently coordinates the Advanced Studies Group on Economic Criminal Law (IBCCRIM-RJ) and the OAB Prerogatives Commission before the Federal Public Ministry.
Graduated in Law from the State University of Rio de Janeiro (UERJ), LL.M in Compliance from FGV, postgraduate studies in Public and Private Law at the Rio de Janeiro State Magistrate School (EMERJ), and International Relations at Candido Mendes University (UCAM). Former Legal Advisor to the Civil Office of the State of Rio de Janeiro. Named one of Brazil’s most admired criminal lawyers in 2023 by Revista Análise.
Founding partner of TGM Advogados, Felipe holds a degree in Law from UERJ, a postgraduate degree in Criminal Procedure from the University of Coimbra, a Master’s in State Theory and Constitutional Law from PUC-Rio, and a specialization in Compliance from FGV-Rio.
Graduated in Law from UERJ, over a decade of experience in Criminal Law, having worked with leading practitioners. Former Deputy Coordinator at IBCCRIM-RJ (2021) and organizer of the Advanced Studies Group on Strategic Criminal Advocacy.
Graduated in Law from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro (UFRJ), Clara began her career interning at the Public Defender’s Office and the Anti-Corruption Division of the Federal Public Ministry, joining the firm in 2019 as an intern.
Extension studies in Criminal Evidence and Technology in Criminal Justice at EMERJ, active in advanced study groups at IBCCRIM. Currently, she is Deputy Coordinator of the Defense, Assistance, and Prerogatives Commission of the OAB-RJ before the Federal Public Ministry.
Graduated in Law from the Fluminense Federal University (UFF), Matheus interned at the Public Defender’s Office and the Anti-Corruption Division of the Federal Public Ministry, joining the firm in 2020 as an intern.
Research in Economic Criminal Law and Innovation, served as a monitor for the Crimes in Detail course during his undergraduate studies.
Graduated in Law from PUC-Rio, Marcela interned at the Public Defender’s Office, the Rio de Janeiro State Public Ministry, and other law firms before joining TGM Advogados as an attorney in 2023.
Specialized in Compliance at FGV-Rio, currently Deputy Coordinator of the Defense, Assistance, and Prerogatives Commission of the OAB-RJ before the Federal Public Ministry.
